PRIORITY INSURED: 1-3 business days from ship date, not order date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 7-21 business days from ship date, not order date.
International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes imposed by customs.
Delivery times frame are an estimate, Love Is Daniella does not guarantee delivery dates.

LOVE IS DANIELLA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN or DAMAGED MAIL. SELECT PRIORITY INSURED SHIPPING TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE. IF YOU SELECT PRIORITY INSURED AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS AND THEY WILL REIMBURSE UP TO $50 FOR LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED MAIL. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS. NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

Pick Up/Delivery- You can not pick up online orders. We only deliver in Nassau, Bahamas as there is no home mail/door mail service. If you choose delivery and you are not in the Bahamas, your package will be shipped using the shipping rate covered by the delivery fee. We are not responsible for any package lost or stolen as a result of incorrect choice of delivery vs shipping option.
Delivery in The Bahamas is within 4 business days and is during delivery hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm unless otherwise arranged. Please use the address suitable for that timeframe.
Order Cancellations: Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
